Registration is open for the current school year. You and your child will love our magnificent new Center. Call to schedule a parent tour.

Due to great parent demand, our new school accommodates children from age 18 months and older. Our "Toddler Room" is staffed by trained and loving Morahs. Please call now to register your child for this class. Only a few spaces left!
Construction on the NEW Gan Israel Preschool IS COMPLETED! Children and Parents are enjoying our new building, with spacious, bright, and airy classrooms, high ceilings, and fun play areas!
Our preschoolers are stars! We were honored to have KCET (our local PBS station) film a segment for their popular show "A Place of Our Own" at our preschool. "Language and Literacy Through Music" was recently broadcast - to great critical acclaim!
NOAH'S ARK AT THE SKIRBALL! Our Preschoolers enjoyed a remarkable day filled with the delight of discovery as they explored their way through the magnificent Noah's Ark Exhibit at the Skirball Center. It was fun!

Programs

A love of learning is the basic premise that underlies all of our programs. The child is introduced to both informal and formal learning experiences that include play skills and social skills, reading and math readiness skills and the creative arts. Every child is challenged to reach his/her potential.

Our center offers the following programs:

  • MOMMY & ME (For Children birth to 3 years)
    Thursdays 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. 
  • PRESCHOOL (For Children 2.6 years- 5 years)
    Monday through Friday 8:30 – 3:00
    (Two or three days a week programs available.) 
  • TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN (For Children 5-6 years)
    For children in the transitional year between preschool and kindergarten, the TK offers -in a developmental setting- an opportunity  for growth physically, socially, emotionally, academically, and creatively before entering kindergarten or first grade.
  • SUMMER CAMP (For Children 2.6 years- 6 years)
    Summer months
  • JUNIOR CONGREGATION (For Children through Bar/Bat Mitzvah)
